For employers
Farm workers, greenhouse crews, milking and poultry operators, tractor drivers and food processing staff for agricultural projects across the Gulf — recruited from farming communities, not from a city job board.
Four fields. Our team calls you back to confirm roles, numbers and the season you need them for.

How it works
The short version of the nine-step process we run for every placement, from the first call to the first months on the job.
01
Roles, numbers, salary and timing — by form, phone or WhatsApp. We reply the same working day.
02
We prepare the demand documents and obtain pre-approval from the labour authorities before recruiting.
03
Public advertisement, trade testing and interviews — you interview in person or online.
04
Medicals at approved centres, visa stamping and the labour permit, tracked to your start date.
05
Flights, pre-departure briefing and support after arrival, including replacement as agreed.
Why Rahat International
“Success in recruitment is not measured by the number of workers sent abroad, but by the strength of the trust between the employer, the employee, and the agency.”
Founded in 1995. Over 100,000 workers deployed for employers across the Gulf, Malaysia and Africa.
Practical testing against your equipment and scope, so ability matches the certificate.
Pre-approval, medical, visa stamping, labour permit and ticketing — tracked against your start date.
One supervisor or several hundred workers, recruited to the same standard and mobilised in waves.
A named coordinator for your requirement, with weekly progress you can actually plan around.
We stay involved after arrival and handle replacements the way the agreement says we will.

Questions
Anything not answered here, ask us directly — the form takes less than a minute.
We recruit from farming districts in Nepal and India, where the work is a living rather than a line on a CV. Experience is checked with previous employers or village references, and we say plainly when someone is new to a particular animal or crop.
Yes, and the planning starts from the season, not from the day you call. Visa processing is the long pole, so tell us the harvest or calving window and we will say honestly whether it can be met.
Most come from agricultural work in hot conditions, and the reality of the climate and the hours is explained before anyone accepts. Candidates who are not prepared for it are better identified here than after they land.
Yes. Milking parlour operators, herdsmen, poultry attendants and feed handlers are among the roles we place most often, along with the supervisors who run them.
Accommodation, food, water and transport on remote farms are the employer's to provide, and we put what is offered in writing before anyone travels. Being straight about living conditions is why our farm placements stay.
