Can you supply a full crew for one package?
Yes. We recruit balanced crews — supervision, skilled trades, operators and support — so the package is staffed as a unit rather than as scattered individuals.
How do you test trades before deployment?
Practical trade tests built around your scope: the work, the materials and the finish standard. Employers frequently attend the tests themselves, in person or online.
Do you handle heavy vehicle licence conversion?
We check the licence class against destination requirements before mobilisation, and tell you plainly where conversion or a local test will be needed after arrival.
Can deployment be staged with the construction programme?
That is how we prefer to work. Tell us the phasing and we plan recruitment backwards from it, so each wave arrives assessed, documented and briefed.
Which countries do you supply to?
Mainly the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain, with a long history of supply to Malaysia and Africa as well.
