How it works
The short version of the nine-step process we run for every placement, from the first call to the first months on the job.
01
Fill the form or send your CV on WhatsApp. Tell us your trade and years of experience.
02
An honest conversation about which approved vacancies match your skills, documents and expectations.
03
You meet the employer in person or online. Every candidate hears the outcome, either way.
04
Medical at an approved centre while your visa file is prepared and checked with you.
05
Visa, final approval, ticketing and a pre-departure briefing — then we stay in touch after you arrive.
Why Rahat International
“Success in recruitment is not measured by the number of workers sent abroad, but by the strength of the trust between the employer, the employee, and the agency.”
We only advertise roles that have employer demand documents and labour approval behind them.
Salary, hours, accommodation, food and contract length — in plain language before you commit.
We tell you exactly which documents you need, what each step costs and how long it takes.
Employers interview directly. You get an answer either way, not silence.
Pre-departure briefing, arrival arrangements and someone to contact once you are working.
Since 1995 we have placed more than 100,000 people with employers who keep coming back.

Questions
Anything not answered here, ask us directly — the form takes less than a minute.
No. Most people arrive on a home-country licence and convert it after arrival. Before you travel we tell you which conversion applies in that country, roughly what it costs, how long it takes and which employers help with it.
It depends on the vehicle or machine. Heavy and trailer roles usually ask for two years or more; light driving and helper roles are open to less. Tell us honestly what you have driven and for how long, and we will tell you what you qualify for.
Yes. Salary, overtime, hours, accommodation, food and contract length are explained before you accept and are in the contract you sign. If an offer sounds better than it really is, we would rather tell you than place you.
A valid passport, your driving licence, any equipment or safety certificates and your experience letters. We list everything you need, the order to get it in and what each step costs before you begin.
You get a pre-departure briefing, arrival arrangements and someone to contact once you are working. Our after-recruitment service covers the first months on the job, not just the journey to the airport.
