How it works
The short version of the nine-step process we run for every placement, from the first call to the first months on the job.
01
Fill the form or send your CV on WhatsApp. Tell us your trade and years of experience.
02
An honest conversation about which approved vacancies match your skills, documents and expectations.
03
You meet the employer in person or online. Every candidate hears the outcome, either way.
04
Medical at an approved centre while your visa file is prepared and checked with you.
05
Visa, final approval, ticketing and a pre-departure briefing — then we stay in touch after you arrive.
Why Rahat International
“Success in recruitment is not measured by the number of workers sent abroad, but by the strength of the trust between the employer, the employee, and the agency.”
We only advertise roles that have employer demand documents and labour approval behind them.
Salary, hours, accommodation, food and contract length — in plain language before you commit.
We tell you exactly which documents you need, what each step costs and how long it takes.
Employers interview directly. You get an answer either way, not silence.
Pre-departure briefing, arrival arrangements and someone to contact once you are working.
Since 1995 we have placed more than 100,000 people with employers who keep coming back.

Questions
Anything not answered here, ask us directly — the form takes less than a minute.
Not for every role. Stewarding, kitchen helper, cleaning and some housekeeping roles take people who are new to hospitality. Front of house and kitchen roles usually want a year or two, and we will tell you honestly where you stand.
For guest-facing roles, well enough to take an order and answer a question — employers test it at the interview. Back of house roles ask for far less. We would rather place you where you can succeed than where you will struggle.
In most hotel and catering contracts, yes, and exactly what is included is explained before you accept and written into the contract. If a package does not include them, you will hear that from us first.
Hospitality means shifts, weekends and split duties, and we say so at the interview rather than after you arrive. Overtime rules and days off are part of the conversation before you sign anything.
A valid passport, your experience or training certificates and any hospitality course papers you hold. We list everything you need, in the order to obtain it, and what each step costs before you begin.
Tell us about yourself
