For employers comparing quotes

What it costs, and what it takes.

Most recruitment disputes start with a number nobody wrote down. Here is how an overseas manpower order is actually priced and scheduled — and what we put in writing before you agree to anything.

An agreement signed with the costs and the schedule set out in it

What we supply

The four things a quote should tell you

  • What each stage costs

Attestation, pre-approval, trade testing, medicals, visa stamping, permits, airfare and our fee — itemised, not bundled into one number.

  • Who pays which charge

Some costs are the employer's, some are ours and some are government charges neither of us sets. The split is agreed before recruitment starts.

  • What drives the date

Approvals and visa processing set the timeline, not sourcing. We show you which stages we control and which we do not.

  • What happens if it changes

Government fees and airfares move. The agreement says what happens when they do, so nothing is reopened mid-order.

How it works

Five steps, documented.

  1. 01

    Send the requirement

Roles, numbers, salary and timing — by form, phone or WhatsApp. We reply the same working day.

  2. 02

    Demand paperwork & pre-approval

We prepare the demand documents and obtain pre-approval from the labour authorities before recruiting.

  3. 03

    Advertise, test and shortlist

Public advertisement, trade testing and interviews — you interview in person or online.

  4. 04

    Medical, visa and final approval

Medicals at approved centres, visa stamping and the labour permit, tracked to your start date.

  5. 05

    Ticketing, deployment, after-care

Flights, pre-departure briefing and support after arrival, including replacement as agreed.

Why Rahat International

Thirty years of doing it properly.

  • No fee from the worker's pocket

Charging workers to fund an employer's order is where exploitation starts. We work inside the labour rules of the source and destination country.

  • Itemised, not bundled

A single lump sum hides where the money goes. Ours is broken down so you can compare it against any other quote honestly.

  • Dates we can defend

We would rather lose the order than win it on a deployment date we know is not achievable.

  • Thirty years of pricing real orders

Since 1995, across the Gulf, Malaysia and Africa, for more than a thousand companies — the numbers come from experience, not a template.

  • Written before you commit

Costs, timeline and replacement terms are in the agreement before recruitment begins. Nothing material appears later.

  • A record that survives

Finance desk, records room and a file that can be produced years later for a renewal, a dispute or an audit.

Questions

Before you
get in touch.

Anything not answered here, ask us directly — the form takes less than a minute.

Why will you not quote a single per-worker price up front?

Because an honest price depends on the trade, the destination, the numbers and the current government charges. Give us those four and you will have an itemised figure in writing, usually the same working day.

Another agency quoted much less. Why?

Usually one of three reasons: charges excluded that appear later, a fee taken from the worker, or a deployment date that cannot be met. Send us their breakdown and we will tell you plainly which parts are missing from it.

What makes a deployment date slip?

Pre-approval queues, medical results, embassy appointments and flight availability. We cannot remove those, but we can run them in parallel and tell you weekly where each worker stands.

Do you charge the workers a fee?

We work within the labour rules of the source and destination country, and we are transparent with employers and candidates alike about what each party pays. If a competitor's price only works because the worker is funding it, you will usually find that out after arrival.

I am a worker asking about costs — can I use this form?

No. This page and this form are for employers placing a requirement. Individual job applications sent through it are not processed.
