Can you test welders to our own procedure?
Yes. Send the WPS or the test piece you use and we arrange practical testing before anyone is presented to you. Where you prefer to witness the test yourself, we set it up in person or online so you see the result first hand.
Can you staff a shutdown or turnaround at short notice?
Shutdown windows are fixed, so we plan backwards from them. The honest constraint is visa processing, not finding tradesmen — tell us the date and we will say at the start whether it is achievable and where the critical path sits.
Do you verify certificates and previous project experience?
Every certificate is checked with the issuing body where that is possible, and we take references from the previous contractor or plant. A certificate we cannot verify does not travel with the candidate.
Which countries do you supply oil and gas crews to?
Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain, along with Malaysia and parts of Africa. Sourcing is mainly from Nepal and India, where we have been licensed and recruiting since 1995.
Who pays for testing, medicals and mobilisation?
It is set out in writing before we start, so nothing appears as a surprise deduction later. What the employer covers and what the worker covers is in the service agreement and explained to the candidate in plain language.
