How it works
The short version of the nine-step process we run for every placement, from the first call to the first months on the job.
01
Fill the form or send your CV on WhatsApp. Tell us your trade and years of experience.
02
An honest conversation about which approved vacancies match your skills, documents and expectations.
03
You meet the employer in person or online. Every candidate hears the outcome, either way.
04
Medical at an approved centre while your visa file is prepared and checked with you.
05
Visa, final approval, ticketing and a pre-departure briefing — then we stay in touch after you arrive.
Why Rahat International
“Success in recruitment is not measured by the number of workers sent abroad, but by the strength of the trust between the employer, the employee, and the agency.”
We only advertise roles that have employer demand documents and labour approval behind them.
Salary, hours, accommodation, food and contract length — in plain language before you commit.
We tell you exactly which documents you need, what each step costs and how long it takes.
Employers interview directly. You get an answer either way, not silence.
Pre-departure briefing, arrival arrangements and someone to contact once you are working.
Since 1995 we have placed more than 100,000 people with employers who keep coming back.

Questions
Anything not answered here, ask us directly — the form takes less than a minute.
No. Licensing such as SIRA in Dubai is arranged after arrival, and we tell you before you travel which licence applies, what the training involves, who pays for it and how long it takes.
Most employers ask for a minimum height and fitness level, a clean police record and basic English. We tell you the exact requirement for each vacancy rather than letting you find out at the interview.
Security work means twelve-hour shifts, nights and standing for long periods. Basic pay, overtime, accommodation, food and transport are explained before you accept and are in the contract you sign.
Not always. Many employers take candidates who are new to security if the record and the attitude are right. Supervisor roles do need experience, and we will say honestly which you qualify for.
A valid passport, a police clearance certificate, your education certificates and any security training papers you hold. We list everything, in the order to get it, and what each step costs before you begin.
