For employers
Late arrivals, workers who cannot do the job, paperwork that stalls and nobody answering the phone. Here is exactly how each of those is handled — and what you can hold us to in writing.
Four fields. Our team calls you back — bring the requirement your last supplier could not fill.
Straight answers
What you are trying to avoid
How we handle it
Arrival dates that keep moving
The date comes from the paperwork, not from optimism. Attestation, quota, medical, visa and ticketing are tracked per worker, and you get written progress every week against the date agreed at the start.
Workers who cannot do the job
Practical trade testing against your scope and equipment before anyone is presented, plus certificate checks and references with the previous employer. You can witness the test yourself, in person or online.
Nobody who can answer a question
One named coordinator owns your order from the demand letter to the first months on site, and their number is yours. No call centre, no being passed along.
Costs that appear later
What the employer pays and what the worker pays is agreed in writing before recruitment starts, and the candidate is told the same terms. Nothing appears afterwards as a surprise deduction.
Silence when someone does not work out
Replacement terms are written into the agreement before deployment, and our after-recruitment service acts on them rather than debating them. We stay involved after arrival, not just up to the airport.
What we supply
Most clients try us alongside their existing supplier on a single requirement before moving more of the programme across.

Enquire about this“Success in recruitment is not measured by the number of workers sent abroad, but by the strength of the trust between the employer, the employee, and the agency.”

Questions
Anything not answered here, ask us directly — the form takes less than a minute.
Most clients start that way, with a single order run in parallel. It is the fairest test there is, and we would rather earn the rest of the programme than ask for it up front.
The roles, the numbers, the salary and terms on offer, the destination and the date you need them. If you have a demand letter already, send it — we will tell you what needs correcting before it costs you time.
Sourcing and testing can begin as soon as the demand documents are ready. Where your existing paperwork is already in progress, we will tell you honestly whether it can be used or has to be redone.
You hear it from us before it happens, with the reason and the new date. The weekly report exists so that nothing is a surprise at the end of the month.
