Our Approach
From requirement
to right person.
Nine steps, the same for one specialist or a full workforce. No shortcuts, and no step that exists only on paper.
The journey
Nine steps.
One standard.
Follow a requirement from the demand letter to the months after arrival. Each step has a purpose, a set of checks and a clear handover to the next.
01
Client Demand & Paperwork
The requirement, in writing
Everything starts with the employer's demand documents. We agree the roles, numbers, salary and terms, and collect the paperwork the process needs before anything else begins.
- Demand letter and job order
- Power of attorney and agreement
- Salary, terms and accommodation confirmed
- Trade-wise headcount agreed
02
Pre-approval
Cleared before we recruit
The demand is submitted to the labour authorities for pre-approval. Recruitment only starts once permission to hire for that employer and those roles is granted.
- Attested documents submitted
- Pre-approval from the labour authorities
- Approved trades and quantities confirmed
- Nothing promised before approval
03
Advertisement
An open, public call
The approved vacancies are advertised publicly, so candidates apply against real, approved positions with terms stated up front.
- Public advertisement of approved roles
- Terms and salary stated openly
- Applications collected and logged
- Screening against the demand
04
Interview & Selection
Chosen on evidence
Candidates are interviewed and trade-tested against the employer's requirement. Employers can attend in person or join remotely, and every candidate hears the outcome.
- Trade test and skills assessment
- Interviews with the employer
- Experience and certificate checks
- Selection list shared and confirmed
05
Medical & Documents
Fit and fully documented
Selected candidates complete their medical examination at an approved centre while their documents are prepared and checked in parallel.
- Medical examination at an approved centre
- Passport and certificate verification
- Contract explained and signed
- Document file prepared for the visa
06
Visa Stamping
Entry secured
Visa applications and stamping are coordinated with the employer and the destination authorities, and candidates are kept informed at each step.
- Visa application and submission
- Coordination with the employer
- Stamping and collection
- Candidates updated on progress
07
Final Approval
Permission to travel
The complete file goes back to the labour authorities for the final approval and labour permit, so every departure is properly authorised and recorded.
- Final approval file submitted
- Labour permit issued
- Insurance and welfare requirements met
- Records kept for both sides
08
Ticketing & Deployment
Ready on arrival
Flights are booked around the employer's start date, and each worker receives a pre-departure briefing so they know the journey, the job and what happens on arrival.
- Flights booked and confirmed
- Pre-departure orientation
- Arrival and reception arranged
- Employer informed of the itinerary
09
After-Recruitment Service
We stay involved
Our work continues after deployment. We stay in contact with the employer and the worker through the settling-in period and help resolve anything that comes up.
- Post-arrival check-ins
- Employer feedback
- Support if issues arise
- Replacement handled as agreed
