Skilled professionals recruitment requirements
Get the requirement
right first.
Most hiring problems start with a vague requirement. A good brief takes twenty minutes and saves weeks.
What this means in practice
We take a requirement apart before we search: the role and its scope, the standards and systems in use, how many people, when they must be on site, and what the package covers. Where something is missing, we ask instead of assuming.
You receive the agreed brief in writing before search begins, so both sides are measuring candidates against the same thing.
Role and scope
What the person will be responsible for, who they report to and what success looks like.
Qualifications and tickets
Which certificates are essential, which are preferred, and which can be obtained after arrival.
Numbers and phasing
How many people, in which waves, and against which construction or operational dates.
Package and conditions
Salary, overtime, accommodation, food, transport and leave — stated clearly, because candidates ask.
How we work
Four stages, then
nine documented steps.
Every requirement runs through the same process, from the demand paperwork to after-recruitment service.
See the nine steps01
Understand
We start with the real requirement — the role, the site, the timeline, the culture people will be joining.
02
Identify
We search deliberately across our networks to find people whose skills and intent genuinely match.
03
Verify
We assess suitability carefully: credentials, experience, documentation and readiness to move.
04
Connect
We bring both sides together and stay involved through mobilisation and the first months on the job.

Questions
Skilled professionals recruitment requirements
in short.
What do you need from us to start?
A written requirement, the demand documents for the destination country, and one person we can ask questions. That is enough to begin.
We do not have a formal job description.
That is common. We write it with you from a short conversation, then send it back for approval before recruiting.
Can the requirement change later?
Yes, and it often does. Tell us early — a change in trade mix or timing is easy to absorb before selection, expensive afterwards.
For employers
Tell us what
you need.
Send the roles, numbers and timing. You will get a written plan and a realistic date.
