What this means in practice
Helpers, cleaners, loaders, packers and general site labour still need medical fitness, the right documents, an understandable contract and a briefing about the country they are going to. Skipping any of it creates problems in week one.
We recruit these grades at volume and prepare them exactly as carefully as a trade, because the cost of getting it wrong is the same.

How quickly can general labour be mobilised?
Sourcing is rarely the constraint — approval, medicals and visas set the pace. We plan around those and give you a realistic date.
Can workers be upgraded later?
Where the employer offers training and the contract allows, yes. Several of our long-standing clients promote from within their Nepali crews.
What is the minimum order?
There is no formal minimum, though larger orders process more efficiently in batches.
