What this means in practice
Rahat International was founded in 1995 and has supplied workers to contractors, hotels, plants, catering groups and service companies across the Gulf, Malaysia and Africa. The business is run from Kathmandu, with the founder still involved in how it is run.
What an agency is actually judged on is simple: do the workers arrive, can they do the job, and were the terms what everyone agreed. That is the standard we work to.
