Skilled manpower solutions

Skilled hands,
proven on the day.

The trades that carry your programme, tested before they travel.

Skilled manpower solutions — Rahat International

What this means in practice

Welders, electricians, masons, shuttering and finishing carpenters, steel fixers, plumbers, pipe fitters, HVAC technicians, mechanics and plant operators — the grades where a wrong hire is felt immediately on site.

Each is assessed practically against your scope, with certificates verified and a clear note on what they can and cannot do.

  • Tested to your scope

The test mirrors the actual work: joint types, materials, tolerances and finish.

  • Safety awareness checked

Understanding of permits, PPE and site rules assessed alongside technical skill.

  • Licences confirmed

Where a trade needs a ticket in the destination country, we check it before mobilisation.

  • Crews, not strangers

Where it helps, we recruit people who have worked together before.

How we work

Four stages, then
nine documented steps.

Every requirement runs through the same process, from the demand paperwork to after-recruitment service.

See the nine steps
  1. 01

    Understand

We start with the real requirement — the role, the site, the timeline, the culture people will be joining.

  2. 02

    Identify

We search deliberately across our networks to find people whose skills and intent genuinely match.

  3. 03

    Verify

We assess suitability carefully: credentials, experience, documentation and readiness to move.

  4. 04

    Connect

We bring both sides together and stay involved through mobilisation and the first months on the job.

Questions

Skilled manpower solutions
in short.

Which trades do you supply most?

Construction civil and MEP trades, welding and fabrication, plant operation and heavy driving, plus hospitality and facility trades.

Can you test to an international standard?

For welding and similar trades, tell us the standard and procedure and we will assess against it, or arrange certification where required.

Do skilled workers need experience abroad?

Not necessarily. Many perform excellently on a first contract — what matters is the trade skill and the briefing they receive.
