Send the trades, the numbers and the date you need them working. You will get a realistic schedule and an itemised cost, in writing, before anything is agreed.
What employers ask us first.
How quickly can workers be deployed?
It depends on the destination and visa processing, not on us finding people. Once the demand documents and pre-approval are in place, selection is usually the fastest part. We give you a realistic date at the start and update you weekly.
Do you supply in bulk?
Yes. We have mobilised several hundred workers for single projects, in waves that match the construction programme. Supervisors, skilled trades and support staff are recruited together so the crew works as a unit.
How do you check that a worker can actually do the job?
Practical trade testing against the work described in your requirement, plus certificate checks and references with previous employers. Where you want to test them yourself, we arrange it in person or online.
Who handles visas, medicals and the labour permit?
We do. Demand attestation, pre-approval, medical at approved centres, visa stamping, final approval and ticketing are all handled and tracked against your start date.
What happens if a worker is not suitable after arrival?
Our after-recruitment service covers exactly this. Replacement terms are agreed in writing before deployment, and we act on them rather than debating them.
